Pat’s Thoughts:

KSU +16 @ WVU

When you start off slow, it is always good to rely on Bill Snyder to dig you out of a hole.

K State has struggled this year, including getting pasted by Miss State.  MSU is very good, so I will give them a pass on that.  They seem to have found their QB last week, and they return their entire OL from last year and have a very good secondary.

That secondary is important as WVU will try to chuck it all over the yard.  WVU dodged a huge bullet last week as Hurricane Florence saved them an ass-kicking in Raleigh.  People are high on WVU, and I understand why.  There is a lot of talent on that squad.  But more than two TDs more than K State?  I don’t think so.

And a little history lesson – these games are always close.  KSU is 4-2 vs WVU since joining the B12; and WVU’s largest margin of victory is 5 points.  I’ll take the better coach and the hungrier team + a butt load of puntos.

KSU +7 vs OK State

K State has been DREADFUL this year.  And only catching 7 vs a team that blew out Boise?  Hmmm.
